Yes. Netcard has 20c connection charge (~3min). But it is one of the card which giving higher min to India with excellant voice quality to Whole India.
if you call India minimum 10-15min then i will recommend this card.
Becasue for 10-15call you will lose $2-$3, but you will get ~105 mins talk time.
even if you make 25 call for 10$, Netcar will give ~70min.
Netcard Customer service will give you complete usage detail.

I have remembered some one has posted about this card sometime back saying this is no good, its taking connection charge everytime we call.
It would be great if we get feed back from consumers rather than sellers.
Personally i have experienced bad after using few cards whoever says its give hours.
I always use StarHub - Home Connect $8/card gives 71 min for chennai land line and 58 min for Mobile, and they exactly gives what they say without deducting any other charge.
I have tried unity card last week, they said 128 minutes but experience 11 min reduced after talking 5 min at my first call.
So heard lot of storieds like this…..
