Thanks for the feedback. Netcard voice quality is 100% quaranty which most of the people agreed.
I have checked again with customer care and they confirm connection charge for Netcard is 20c. Netcard will round of the talk time to next min + 20c (3min) connection charge.
If you make 15call, yes you will lose $3 for connection charge but you will get ~100 min clear talk time. (no connection fee card is giving more or less 80min)
if you feel, they deducted abnormally then you can get the complete usage detail from customer care.
If you want no connection charge card they have 82 min card. avilable soon in Little India.
Netcard is available in 2$, 5$, 10$ and 20$. 2$ is giving 30min in One go.

I bought this netcard for 8.50 $ and tried to use this card, When ever you
use this card its deducting abnormally. Then I called the customer care and
checked With hem, What they told was, when ever you call, they will deduct
30 cents as connection charge.
Small example,
If you want to talk 150 mts continuously , then use this card.
If you want to talk several times (means 10 or 15 times, you will loose 15 X
..30 = 4.5 $) and we will get around 40 to 50 mts only.

Netcard usage detail is attached as per request.
Netcard 50$(seeling $42) give you 12hours 50min (750min) to India mobile
and land line (SMS shopping only)
Netcard 20$(selling $17) - give 5hours 4min (304min) to india mobile and
landline (SMS shopping only)
Netcard 10$(selling $8.50) - give 2hour 30Min (150min) to india mobile
and landline
Netcard 5$(Selling $4.30) - give 1h 12min to india mobile and landline
Netcard 2.25$(selling $2) - give 30min to india mobile and landline
We can use this card as callback (6722 1400) also which will give 84Min
to India (for those mobile incoming free plan)
Dial 6415 9911 or 6419 9988
Netcard will allow customer to merge the card value.
Buy 2×2$ card and merge it to get few extra minutes for each merge(~4min)
*2 to merge value
*1 to redial the last number
*5 to register the pin No (you no need to enter the pin no when you are
calling)
*9 to remove the pin registered with the phone.
