there is no age limit for applying passport in tatkal, But you need to a proof of urgency.

I would like to apply passport under tatkaal scheme(in chennai) for my mother who is 62 year old.
Is there any age limit in tatkaal scheme(for eg: people above the age 60 are not eligible to apply passport under tatkaal).
