Role & Responsibilities:
Development of the Client Connectivity Client configuration tool
Development of the Client Connectivity Reporting Portal
2nd line support of the GUI tools and database.
Liase with global users to understand requirements and provide support
Need to interact with London and US teams
Essentials:
- Strong Java/C# development skills
- UNIX Platform knowledge desirable
- Proficient knowledge of databases, networks and servers
- SQL skills (Sybase, Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience of Investment Banking systems desirable
- Familiar/confident with cash equities trading environments/systems /situations
- Team player that is able to work with people across different departments, countries and regions.
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, fluent English is essential.
