Position: Senior Solution Architect/Project Manager
Key Requirements:
1) At least 10 years of wrok experience in Information Systems
(ICT) development and implementation especially in the field of
Customs Adminstration
2) At least 10 years of work experience in designing ICT
architecture
3) Experience on implementation of Government projects with
similar scope and requirements
4) Experience in development of World Bank Request for proposals
5) Experience in developing requirements for ICT systems
6) Good communication skills
Highly Desirable
1. Overseas experience preferably in a transition or developing
country. Experience in the region
2. Experience on designing ICT system using UML and UMM (
Unified Modelling Methodology)
3. Experience in Project Management
4. Knowledge of Customs Administration would be advantageous
