if ur passport expired then u got new passport right? u bring ur old passport along with ur RE ENTRY pass. (yellow colour sheet which issued by ICA on ur thump print day )go to ICA
they wiil do new stamping on ur new passport.

Hi,
A month back there was a thread on GETTING NEW PASSPORT FROM
SINGAPORE INDIAN EMBASSY.
I remembered that there was told that nowadays singapore indian
empassy give new passport and no more attach old passport together
with new book.
I just want check how the singapore PR entry will go in to new
passport book?
Should we go to singapore immigration office to get PR entry again
on the new book?
Kindly make clear any of you have similar experience?
It would be great if you guys can tell Is there any form need to
submit for getting new passport which can be downloaded from web and
the documents need to be enclosed with the form thats why can be well
prepared while going to indian empassy.
