J2ee Reqt Details:
- 5+ years experience
- Computer science degree preferred
- Should have lead teams of 3 to 5 people for a period of at least 2 yrs previously in a design and development project
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including dealing with other teams
Technical Exposure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have worked on Internet architecture, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, JDK 1.5, Windows, SQL-95 Standard RDBMS database environments.
- Preferable: exposure to Spring Framework, Apache Derby database
- Should have knowledge on apache open source libraries
- Strong Knowledge in XML Standard, HTTPS/TLS Protocol
- Preferable: Knowledge in XPath/XQuery, XML DigSig standards.
- Should have strong knowledge in various OO design and development methodologies & design patterns
- Should have working knowledge about IDE tools like eclipse and others like performance & regression testing tools
- Preferable: exposure to security related aspects like PKI / smart cards / PKCS#11 tokens
- Should be adaptable and be able to have an in-depth of both functional and technical aspects of the project
- Preferable: exposure to internet banking software
- Should be familiar with version control tools & procedures
Management
- Ability to think & plan ahead, and manage schedule driven tasks
- Ability to guide team
