*JOB PURPOSE*
Design, develop, implement and support data extraction,
transformation and loading applications for Business Intelligence functions=
..
Transform and transfer required data from various database source=
s
to the data warehouse by developing and testing the extraction,
transformation and loading applications.
Ensure that good quality data is loaded into data warehouse by
testing and monitoring the extraction, transformation and loading results.
Provide day-to-day production support on existing Data Warehouse
operations.
*Requirements:-*
Technical Skills :
A high degree of competence in the use of ETL tools (Informatica).
Experience in OLAP tools (Business Objects) is preferred though no=
t
mandatory.
Good working knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL.
Experience :
2 to 5 years range in relevant working experience in Data Warehous=
e
or Business Intelligence projects.
Good working experience in ETL tools (Informatica), data modelling=
,
design and implementation of data warehouses, data marts, reporting
applications or any other related Business Intelligence or Decision Support
areas.
Interpersonal :
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
