Position Title: Division Manager (Indonesia)
Reports To : Chief Executive Officer
Job Type : Permanent
Language : Female Chinese Prefered (Mandarin Speaking)
Job Description:
Financial
Ensuring adequate financial records and internal controls to provide
timely and accurate financial statements
Preparation of all budgets and financial projections
Review and approval of expense vouchers and reports to ensure
compliance with SOP and to check correct accountability
Review and approval of payroll and staff benefit payments
Close monitoring of expenses and cash position
Close monitoring of accounts receivable and payable
Protecting company properties
Review and approval of capital expenditures
Submission of monthly reports on time
Sales & Marketing
Review of sales on-hand and preparation of projections
Active monitoring of sales status and preemptive actions to save
budgets
Review of product prices and exchange rates
Preparation of comprehensive marketing plans, including regular
analysis of competition and market potential
Taking of all steps to ensure that the company and its products are
effectively presented to customers and the market
Assessment of customer service levels and proactive improvement, if
needed.
Use of the marketing function to build long-term stability for the
company
Involvement and participation in industry association and activities
Interfacing with Dept of Health and relevant agencies, medical
associations and societies; involvement in important congresses and
activities
Comprehensive training of new sales staff
Operations
Efficient and effective organization of operations to maximize
productivity and profitability
Timely delivery of publications
Identification and addressing of operational needs and problems in a
timely fashion
Planning for ongoing operational needs, including technology,
facilities, and equipment.
Human resources
Work with HR to establish personnel policies and procedures that are
Ensuring adequate employee training, evaluation, safety, and
personnel systems
Monitoring of “key indicators” in the personnel area and planning
for improvement as needed.
Planning and leadership
Working with management and key staff to ensure adequate planning
Provide leadership by communicating well, maintaining good business
relationships, and representing management in a positive light.
