Java (3 yrs+)
Object Oriented Design/Programming(2yrs+)
Sybase or equivalent (2yrs+)
J2EE (2yrs+)
UNIX/LINUX with Shell scripting (2yrs+)
Weblogic,XML,.Net experience will be an added advantage
