Role & Responsibilities:
This will involve being the first point of call for internal/exte=
rnal clients, and managing, documenting, diagnosing, and escalating issues =
as required. Additionally, the role will involve developing internal produc=
tivity tools, generating client reports/extracts and help with management r=
eporting.
Handle and resolve client issues/queries
Setting up standard and custom client extracts/reports
Work on internal development projects
Ad hoc querying/reporting tasks for the front office/clients.
Work on client take-ons
Essentials:
4 years of experience in Unix.
4 years of experience in SQL.
Technical Support background with high level of client interactio=
n
Java / JavaScript
HTML / Web Development
Basic Web concepts (e.g. FTP, connectivity).
Desirables:
Experience working with Prime Brokerage technology a big plus.
