The company is one of the leading Sports Goods
companies of Asia, involved in wholesale &
distribution of branded Sports Equipment, accessories,
Footwear & Apparel. The company has offices in several
countries of Asia & the following requirement is at
company’s head quarters in Singapore.
Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly
payroll process.
Reconcile time attendance records and prepare salary
vouchers for temporary and attachment staff.
Maintaining personnel files and leave administration.
Process work permit and employment pass application,
foreign worker matters and NSmen claims.
Perform filing of income tax returns, IR8A & IR21
Post job advertisements and prepare summary of
applicants.
You will also be actively involved in the Oracle
system implementation project.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holder, with at least 2 years of
payroll experience
Proficient in Paymaster is a must
Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and legislation
of Singapore
Must be analytical, be a team player with a can-do
attitude
Able to work in high pressure and fast paced
environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in spoken and written English
Position is open to Singaporean/SPR
Able to commence work within short notice
