Dear Friends,
But ……..we can do much……..
e told that the unit has been rented out for S$1000. One of our fellow Indian has taken up that unit. So the net result is 800 became 1000…. like this only the rent is blowing-up.
So friends… we have to stop paying unnecessary high rent coz we are able to pay.
