Hi Chitra,
I’ve a ready client/tenant urgently looking for a rental unit like yours in the Marine Parade area. If you don’t mind, i can introduce my client to you, totally w/o any charges. After that you can still can consider giving any amt of commission AT YOUR OWN WILL. absolutely no obligation.
My client is a Chinese PR, currently staying at one of the Private Apts near Parkway Parade. Family of 5-6 members. Can go for a longer-term rent, which is good for you. but that is provided the rent is lower. usually longer term the rental price reduces. They need to move in by End-of-July or Early-August, therefore i hope you can consider my sincere request and also grant us a chance to view your unit asap. Thanks!
Last but not least, is it fully furnish? approved unit for rent?
hope to hear from u soon.
Warmest Rgds,
Shaun

Dear Chitra,
I am a permanent resident from Taiwan.
Although our budget is around 1,200 SGD per month, I think we can see the house first.
We would like to have a 1-year rent. And we would like to start the rent after mid June and before July.
We are able to come to Singapore to see the house late this week or early next week. Could you please take us to see the house during weekend?
Please very kindly help us.
Thank you very much.
best regards,
Casper
