1. Position: Business Support Analyst (Asia Pacific)
3. Location: Singapore
4. Role: Regional IT support, supporting in house developed & configured applications in Asia Pacific region
5. Reporting: to the R&D Dept IT leader for the region

6. Responsibilities:
- Business Process support for the application for the users in the Asia-Pacific region
- Technical catch and dispatch to Tier 3 in US
- Managing user expectations and maintaining desired response, satisfaction levels
- Occasionally conduct UAT for Applications developed/or COTS configured
- Basic system administration
- Training support and handholding directly with users
- Establish/follow processes for support administration
- Periodic reports to IT heads in Singapore and US counterparts

7. Language skills:
- Excellent English communication skills a MUST
- 1 Asian language viz. JAPANESE, KOREAN or CHINESE preferred

8. Experience: 2-3 years exp in Customer/IT support in a similar capacity for the region (Covering at least THREE COUNTRIES )

9. Technical/Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, user orientation, dedication, people skills is a MUST
- Regional experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in Customer Support is preferred
- Knowledge of Pharma industry is a plus.

Initially one year contract with permanent option for deserving candidates. Compensation not a constraint for right candidates.
