Senior J2EE Developer
Job Description :
To be part of a global, client-focused team that supports a w=
ide range of business initiatives and processes for Private Banking USA. =
The development services will range from regional specific de=
liverables to collaborative delivery of global projects and will require st=
rong problem-solving skills.
Development initiatives will cover all phases of the SDLC+ li=
fecycle, including design, development, implementation and support of soft=
ware solutions.
Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt in a dynamic environm=
ent is critical.
Technical Knowledge
Minimum 5-7 years of IT experience
Strong front-to-back application development skills (5+ years=
): Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC
Solid database programming and data design skills (2+ years) =
with particular emphasis on Oracle (9.x , 10g) PL/SQL
Experience or knowledge of application frameworks and industr=
y standard specifications such as MVC (Struts), JSF, JSR 168 and WSRP
Experience or knowledge of integration technologies such as J=
MS and Web Services (WSDL, UDDI, SOAP) desired
Understanding of enterprise level architecture web proxie=
s, load balancers, clusters, firewalls, DNS, web security, LDAP
Business Knowledge:
General knowledge of financial industry equities, fixed i=
ncome, options
Knowledge of Private Banking domain - advisory process, wealt=
h management strategies a plus
