We have immediate opening for ongoing projects with a Global Investment bank projects in SINGAPORE - (PERMANENT POSITION) - MULTIPLE OPENINGS -
Role : Help Desk Consultants
Lotus Notes. Able to setup and configure Notes client for first time user. GSD handle a high percentage of notes related calls.
Desktop. Able to perform printer setup, replacing LAN profiles, handle software installation and removal. Active Directory Account Admin.
MS Office, Word/Powerpnt and Excel usage.
VPN/Citrix/Mainframe/Midrange knowledge will be an added advantage.
Answer/ respond to incoming requests and resolve customer problems via the telephone.
Act as a single point of contact for resolution of issues
Document customer requests in call tracking system
Interact with customers and co-workers to diagnose and resolve problems
Proficiency with Windows 98, Novell, NT Operating Systems
Basic knowledge of a LAN/WAN environment
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Mandarin speaking is a must for APAC support
