5. Roles and Responsibilities
Manager - Sales Support - Enterprise Software, Oracle E Business Suite Role: - Work with the Account Executives / Business development managers on opportunities, - Quantify the prospects level of need, and qualify the technical fit. - Develop and give product overview and detailed product presentations. - Work on proposals / bids with applications consultants. - Demonstrate the Oracle Applications products for customers, both in person and over the Internet. - Manage all aspects of product trials, including setting the decision criteria, product installation, initial training, and monitoring progress. - Engage in the first two months after the sale to monitor product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction. - Manage the alliance with Oracle for the Oracle Apps.
6. Skills Required
What you need for this position: - Professional degree such as BE / MBA / CA. - 3 or more years experience in implementation of Oracle Applications and sales support activities - Experience with and a thorough understanding of Oracle Applications including understanding how customers implement, support, deploy, and use the Applications. - Great presentation skills.
