2. PO Authorization
The PO should be authorized by the super user in the company. He
should convince himself about the details in the PO. Once he feels
it is ok, he can authorize the purchase of the particular asset.
When the super user makes authorization, payment can be released to
the supplier.

3. Invoice Entry
When the payment is made to the supplier, he raises an invoice based
on the PO he has already raised. The user should check whether the
invoice is in sync with the PO that was already raised. If there are
any discrepancies he should immediately highlight it to the
supplier. Once the user satisfies himself, he can enter the invoice
details in the system.

4. Invoice Authorization
The Invoice should be authorized concern department head in the
company.

specifically designed to provide record retention and trace ability
to assist in achieving the requirements of sugar factory. The system
also provides valuable management information to analyze and

Extra retail lines, and it is deployed at Metro locations in

products are internationally deployed, they need to be customized
for local language interaction. Each system listed above is made up

1. PO Entry
All computer accessories purchased in SFL/SIS has an Purchase order
associated with it which contains details about the particular
purchase such as vendor id, quantity, Value, Date of Purchase etc
The Purchase order given to the vendor is also stored in the oracle
system as a long raw column and invoked to the user as a word
document through OLE (Object Linking & embedding).
This project is to store the Purchase Order document separately as
word documents in common NT Folder and not in oracle database.

2. PO Authorization
The PO should be authorized by the super user in the company. He
should convince himself about the details in the PO. Once he feels
it is ok, he can authorize the purchase of the particular asset.
When the super user makes authorization, payment can be released to
the supplier.

3. Invoice Entry
When the payment is made to the supplier, he raises an invoice based
on the PO he has already raised. The user should check whether the
invoice is in sync with the PO that was already raised. If there are
any discrepancies he should immediately highlight it to the
supplier. Once the user satisfies himself, he can enter the invoice
details in the system.

4. Invoice Authorization
The Invoice should be authorized concern department head in the
company.

specifically designed to provide record retention and trace ability
