I am Rajendra Mahajan working for company” Christ Water” having the office
in Nordic European Centre(International Business Park 2), working as
Engineer(Projects) .I am planning to have my family in December (last week
2007) . I have 7 year old son .I will be very much intersted to have ur flat
as it will be available as per my need. I have few queries such as:
1) Nearby any primary school is there (local only)? as my son will be going
to 1st Standard as per Singapore Education Standard.
2) Nearby MRT station/Bus Stop as my job is roaming throughout Singapore to
differnet client locations in Singapore.
3) Nearby Grocessary/Vegetable Market(especially Indian stuff ) Supermarket
as my wife is coming out of India firsttime.
4) Rent what u have mentioned is little bit high is it negotiable ? in
future i can rent one/two room any prob?
