Position 1 : Systems Engineer
Duration : 1 year extendable contract
Location : Singapore
Responsibilities:
The System engineer, reporting to the Operation Manager, is
responsible of the software release and of its support.
Responsible of the software release
Perform System check
Control the real time monitoring
Is the first level of support, interacting with GL Trade
Clients
Perform Troubleshooting and interact with development team
Point of contact of the testing team during project phase
Point of contact of the Technical Account Manager during
Production
Skills required
The candidate must have proven track record in IT support, with 2 +
Years of experience.
In addition to this, the chosen candidate will have the following
skills:
Knowledge of stock-market mechanisms (placing orders and life cycle)
is a plus
OS and System Architecture (Solaris, Aix, Unix, Nt)
Network architecture (applied or project, CISCO)
Good communication skills
Position 2 : SAP Basis Consultant
Duration : 1 year extendable contract
Location : Singapore
Skills Required:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Consulting,
Administration and operational control for Support and Maintenance &
Implementation Projects.
Strong technical skills in SAP Installations, Upgrades, System
copy, SAP performance tuning, Authorization setup, TMS admin,
Language support, Applying Patches, Backup & Restore, etc.
Basis consulting experience in managing Enterprise Portals, J2EE
administration, and/or SAP BIW with BW administration workbench,
authorization and tuning
Experienced working in UNIX, Windows environment, and with Oracle
database
Detailed knowledge of SAP support for Security audits and
certifications
Knowledge of technical infrastructure, Networking and system
operations
Knowledge of Hardware capacity planning and high availability
solutions
Knowledge of Project documentation
The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with SAP ASAP
project implementation methodology
2 full life-cycle implementation and upgrade projects experience is
advantageous.
SAP Basis Certified preferred

Position 3 : Senior Web/Application Server Administrator
Duration : 1 year extendable contract

Skills Required:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or
equivalent
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the areas of software
development and web/application server administration
Strong operational experience with Apache/lighttpd, Weblogic and/or
Tomcat administration, especially in clustered configurations
Working experience in business critical production environment is
essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, independent and able to strive in a fast-paced

Routine Performance Analysis, Capacity analysis, security audit
analysis reports to customer for necessary planned changes
Analysis of availability, configuration management for reporting to
customer
Disaster Recovery planning
Responsible for Standard Operating procedures issuance to incident
management team.
Overall technical ownership for and including: Incident, Security,
Change and Problem Management
Ownership of the account related technical documentation
Communicate to operations staff/customer any planned or unplanned
disruption of business.
Focus on Quality of Service with problem trend analysis, deep level
root cause analysis and tracking of actions to eliminate recurring
incidences with preventive actions.
Prepare and review system performance and availability reports on
servers, monitoring key process indicators such as uptime, event
triggers, daily backup success rate, taking action when there is
deviation from acceptable targets
Plan and execute proactive maintenance on servers through effective
capacity planning and change management. Be able to perform effective
impact analysis and promote change communication using change
management tool.

Position 9 : Storage Administrator

2-5+ years in System Administration with direct storage
