Work Experience
-Minimum 3 yrs working experience in the Java/J2EE

Educational/Skill Preferences

-At least a related degree/diploma holder
-Excellent understanding of Object Oriented concerns
-Excellent understanding of Java platform and language/design best practi=
ces
-Very good knowledge of 3d party APIs: log4j, JUnit, Hibernate, Spring, J=
akarta Commons
-Good understanding of J2EE
-Good knowledge on Oracle Database and Hibernate
-Good knowledge on the use of Eclipse/WSAD
-Posses strong analysis skill
-Posses strong communication skills in English

Other Skills Required (Optional)
-Having functional knowledge on banking products is a plus
-Knowledge of UML is a plus

Certifications & Licenses
Being Certified in Java or J2EE is a plus

- Architecture/Technical tasks:
o Prepare and maintain technical documents (norms, tutorials, guides etc.=
..)
o Coding analysis and reviews
o Help developers on technical issues
o Keep himself updated with technology/best practices
- Developments tasks:
o Analyze functional specifications for the development
o Make design, coding, testing & technical documentation related to devel=
opment.
o Deliver the developed programs for integration into the company standar=
ds
o Analyze and/or solve problems & inquiries escalated to the team from an=
y sites using our
application.
o Prepare and maintain technical documentation for project team and client =
deliverables
