specific in cerelac? Check and try to feed the other items which is easily
available as well as nutritional value is more.

Hi Alka,

Depends on the age of the baby, you can give the following.

Boil few tulsi leaves ( if baby can eat / drink bit hot - can be added betel
leaf also ) along with pepper powder.

Boil it for few minutes. The water will change its color, then stir it and
feed the same warm to baby.

If you do it in a frequent interval say once or twice a week, the baby will
not get often affected/infected by cold and cough.

I have few more home made medicines for baby…..if you are so keen, just
mail me to know more.

Take care of your kid.

The above can be taken even by adults.
