Dear Umang,
I totally agree the points u raised, but somewhere we are the main
cause of this hike. For example if 2/3 friends sharing one house then
they calculate house rents individually & ended up offering high
rentals/commission. I found this tendency Specially in bachelors,
because of this a family person has to suffer and ended up spending
life in a sharing accommodation.
People start sending back there families & had to spend worst life.
I urge to reduce this tendency to pay high just because you guys
divide this high rents into parts.

There are lots of openings in Mechanical engineerings like
Jacobs,
Foster Wheelers,
Modec,
SimonCarves
etc etc etc
they all are hiring direct (NOT THRU ANY CONSULTANT) except draftsmen or like that in some cases. There are VERY GOOD OPPORTUNITIES for mechanical BEs. No restrictions for SC/PR/Foreigners …
Actually, there are very good opportunities in Engineering, if not better than IT.
